I appreciated the convenient location near Heathrow airport, friendly staff, and spacious room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The small oversight of not enough milk for tea could easily be rectified. A suggestion would be to include bathrobes for guests without luggage. A minor issue with the bar staff was noted, but overall, the experience was excellent.

The bar was a nice size and open until late, which was convenient since there were no other dining options around. The availability of extra bed, coffee/tea facilities, and a fridge in the room was a plus. Overall, a convenient and pleasant experience for our pre-flight stay.

Hyatt Heathrow Airport was conveniently located for our early flight from Terminal 5, providing a quiet and comfortable room after a long journey from NZ. the restaurant served excellent food, and the free bus back to the central bus station was a bonus.

I loved everything about my stay at Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport. The hotel's proximity to T5 and parking were convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was impressive. I left feeling relaxed and pleased with my experience. The relaxation facilities and nearby landmarks like Colnbrook West and the London Motor Museum added to the enjoyment and created wonderful family bonding moments during our stay.

We stayed at a hotel near the Heathrow airport and it was an easy bus ride away. The hotel restaurant had great food and the free shuttle service made getting to and from the airport a breeze. The rooms were comfortable and came with useful amenities like free Wi-Fi and a flatscreen TV.

Loved watching BT Sports on the big TV while sipping cocktails in the bar. Great location with easy transport to the city. The e-room was perfect for getting work done.

Incredible location! Bus stop right across the road for transport to T5. Room was spacious and bed was extremely comfy. The receptionist Nataly was absolutely amazing - so genuine, polite, and helpful. The room was great, although I had a small skin issue which I'm not sure was from the sheets. The reservation manager was also super helpful and professional. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. The room was spotless and surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road near the airport. Perfect for a pre-holiday stay. I will definitely be coming back!
